To Express The Effects Of My Left Hand/Wrist Disability & Pain Known As: Mid Carpal Instability (MCI)/Palmar Midcarpal Instability (PMCI) Has On My Mental Health & Normal Day To Day Activities, & Life,

Since I Suffered From Accident/Injury To My Left Hand/Wrist While At Work & Working For Marks And Spencer Plc In Warehouse/Store-Services On: Sunday 13th Of October 2002 (13-10-2002) Where A Solid Metal T-Shapped Bar Fell, Hit, Striked, My Left Hand/Wrist, While I Was Holding A Green Food Tray Containing Small Bars For Holding Ties/Gift Cards,

The Shelving Unit Was Tilted/Slight Angal & The Solid Metal T-Shapped Bar Fell Without Warning & The Bar From Above Eye Level.

I use to work for Marks and Spencer Plc Holloway Raod Store: 2244 in London when I was 16 years old in November 2000 on a Temporary Contract for Christmas 2000 as Food Customer Service & Tilling/Stock Advisor,

Then in January 2001 I got a Permanent contract at 21.5 hours a week, But would work 40+ hours a week through over time, During in this time I was trained in Admin/Cash Office Training & in mid 2001 had full access to 3 store safes & access to seventy five thousand pounds on average through these safes,

I was only covering Admin/Cash Office & being trained until the person who was soon to retire & then I would have carried out this job on top of my Food Customer Service & Tilling/Stock Advisor,

But I later decided I wanted to live in The Lake District & work up there, So on: 22-10-2001 I transferred to Marks and Spencer Plc Carlisle Store & got given a 37.5 hour a week contract & lived in a nice bedsit,

But between October 2001 - Janaury 2002 Marks and Spencer Plc were still paying me London wages & once they corrected my wages in January 2002, I found out I couldn't afford to live on my own & without any family support,

So I sought a transfer back to Marks and Spencer Plc Holloway Raod Store: 2244 in London, The only Available Job-Roll was in Warehouse/Store-Services which would include odd ours & unsocial hours & call outs & loads more heavy jobs & hard work that would keep me fit & health & I had also helped out in Warehouse/Store-Services in 2001 also,

So I was happy to work Warehouse/Store-Services, So on: 22-01-2002 I started working in Warehouse/Store-Services & on Sundays to, But this time Sundays were in my Permanent Contract, instead of overtime,

I know was in charge of looking after the store, staff, stock, & fridges & laods more, I also got more training in September 2002 I was trained in Manual Handling Course were I could train others to train others in Manual Handling, I was also going to have been sent on a Marks and Spencer Plc First-Aid Course in 2003 (Even though I had First-Aid One Star Training through Army Cadets),

Sadly I never got to go to be sent to Marks and Spencer Plc First-Aid Course in 2003, Becuase I suffered an accident/injury to my left hand/wrist while at work on: Sunday 13th of October 2002 (13-10-2002).

If I hadn't had the accident/injury to my left hand/wrist I feel I would have been sent out on many more courses & My Marks and Spencer Plc First-Aid Course in 2003 would have earnt me an extra £0.25p an hour.

Sadly Marks and Spencer Plc never excepted I had suffered from a wrist disability known as: Mid Carpal Instability (MCI)/Palmar Midcarpal Instability (PMCI), Which was caused & triggered due to the accident/injury to my left hand/wrist on: 13-10-2002, Marks and Spencer Plc therefore refused to move me into light duties such as a Customer Service Tilling Advisor on a Textile Till, & because of this during in the periods I was unable to get a sick note, I was therefore made to continue to work in Warehoues/Store-Services & once placed on a food 04-01-2003 but I couldn't even manage that & I was then forced to come off a food till were staff & customers could clearly see I was struggling, I was still forced made to come off the food till on: 04-01-2003 & sent back stage into Warehoue/Store-Services by Section Managers & Store Managers & I adly caused further injury when collecting a large handful of cardboard & plastic to recyle & my left hand/wrist physical gave way & clunked & I dropped all the cardboard & plastic & phoned NHS Direct & got advice.

To cut a long story short Marks and Spencer Plc sacked me in October 2005 under a Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) Settlement/Payment, If I dropped My Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) Case after The Unanimous Judgement That I was Disabled Person within The Meaning Of Section 1 Of The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) Heard On: 15-07-2005 & Signed On: 27-07-2005 - Case Number: 2205042/2004 & 3300998/2005,

You see now Marks and Spencer Plc couldn't use the defense I was not disabled person or suffering from a wrist disability & the fact they still wouldn't transfer me to another Marks and Spencer Plc Textile Store & When they chucked me straight back into work after me being off since June/July 2003 & No help or no slowly getting me back into work & The Fact Marks and Spencer Plc still wouldn't except My Wrist Disability even after The Tribunal Hearing stating I was, & Having to struggle with Customers coming over from foods on a busy day/evening wanting to be served on a textile till & this customers where getting angry when I couldn't left there food barkests which were above 2 Kilograms, It was very hard to work in a half food & half textile Marks and Spencer Store,

Yet I Score 0 (Zero) On The Hyper Mobility Syndrome Guidlines & No one esle would agree with My Ex-Employers Marks And Spencer Plc's Chosen Private & Retired Medical Expert - Mr. James Campbell Semple - Consultant Orthopeadic Hand & Upper-Limb Surgeon's Views/Opinions & neither would medical journals & studies on: Mid Carpal Instability (MCI)/Palmar Midcarpal Instability (PMCI).

The Mid Carpal Instability (MCI)/Palmar Midcarpal Instability (PMCI) has triggered me to also suffer from Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy\Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (RSD/CRPS) & The RSD/CRPS is not clear in my medical notes or recorded in my notes, But I was given The RSD/CRPS diagnose August 2006 by Miss. Ang & confirmed again by Mr. McCarthy in September 2006 & again by Miss. Ang in November 2006, But if I didn't have The Mid Carpal Instability (MCI)/Palmar Midcarpal Instability (PMCI) & the clunk could be stablized, Then I am unlikely to have the RSD/CRPS.

I also have very bad Moderate - Severe Clinical Depression & Aneixty/Pani-Attacks & I am on 40 MG'S OF CIPRALEX ESCITALOPRAM & I've been on 40 MG'S OF CIPRALEX ESCITALOPRAM Since August 2004 - 17-07-2008 & then 20 MG'S OF CIPRALEX ESCITALOPRAM between 17-07-2008 - 26-09-2009 & Again back on 40 MG'S OF CIPRALEX ESCITALOPRAM between 26-09-2008 - Present.

I've been on CIPRALEX ESCITALOPRAM since: 03-04-2003, I was first put in 20 mg's of Fluoxetine (Prozac) on: 03-03-2003 & this made me even more low, depressed & suicidal.

I've tried taking my own life a few times since: 13-10-2002 - Present & I often think about killing myself & wanting to die.

I take around 8 Tylex Tablets a day for Pain & Discomfort & sometimes more like 30 in 24 hours.

I've been on Pain-Killers since: 13-10-2002.

I was showen twice a day finger, hand, wrist, arm, Physiotherapy & Twice a day finger, hand, wrist, arm, Strengthening Excersies since: 13-10-2002 - Present, This hasn't prevented The Wrist Pain, Discomfort, Swelling, Clunking, Snapping, Clicking, Popping, Or Instability.
